Additional Information

Project ECHO Nevada invites you to their upcoming 6-session free series of the Diabetes in Primary Care ECHO. This will be 60-minute long teleconference sessions that will serve as a continuing education resource to equip primary care healthcare providers with essential clinical tools and up-to-date knowledge for effective diabetes management. By connecting participants with an interdisciplinary team of subject matter experts, we will foster community networks to provide care for diabetes patients. In addition, by utilizing a case-based learning model we will encourage collaboration and reduce isolation amongst those caring for children.
