**LEGISLATIVE ALERT** A.B. 327

A.B. 327 Requires certain mental health professionals (including PAs supervised by a psychiatrist) to complete continuing education relating to cultural competency. (BDR 54-175). Currently, NAPA is working with the bill sponsors to understand the rationale behind this legislation and ways to mitigate unintended negative consequences for practice and licensure.
