Paid Study: Request for Participation in a 10-minute Questionnaire

Hello,

My name is Michele Lee and I am a doctoral candidate at Northern Arizona University in the Interdisciplinary Health PhD program. I am emailing you to see if you would be willing to participate in my dissertation research study. The purpose of the study is to explore how primary care providers make decisions on performing cervical cancer screening to women with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

 

You are eligible to participate in the study if you are a primary care provider (Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Midwives) trained in either family medicine, internal medicine, ob-gyn, or midwifery.

Should you decide to participate in this study you will be asked to answer questions using an electronic survey which will ask you to complete:

3 clinical vignettes,

2 short scales, and

Demographic questions

This survey should not take longer than 10 minutes and you will receive payment of a $10 gift card for your time.
