Brief Survey: Providers’ attitude toward several complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) methods used by patients for long-haul COVID symptoms

You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by physician assistant (PA) students from Touro University of Nevada. This study is aimed to assess practicing healthcare providers’ attitude toward several complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) methods used by patients for long-haul COVID symptoms.
The survey is intended for providers who have treated patients with COVID-19 and especially long haul COVID. If you have not treated patients with COVID, you are not eligible to participate.
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. After completing the survey, you will have an option of providing your name and contact information if you wish to be entered in a raffle to win a $10 amazon gift card. Your personal contact information will not be linked to your survey responses.
