Syphilis in Primary Care ECHO – launches April 8th, 2025, at 12:00 PM PT
Project ECHO Nevada invites you to the new Syphilis in Primary Care ECHO program which aims to support primary care providers including women's health, ER, outpatient, and pediatricians with needs related to syphilis and other STIs. Program will focus on both adult and congenital syphilis beginning with screening and testing. In addition, the program will also review populations at risk for syphilis or other STIs, as well as complications that can occur due to these diseases. This ECHO program also provides a forum for providers to share challenging patient cases with colleagues and experts in the field.

Series Schedule:
- April 8th: (Start Date) Orientation & State of Syphilis in Nevada
- April 15th: STI Screening, Testing, & Sexual History
- April 22nd: Complications of Syphilis: Signs & Symptoms Across All Stages
- April 29th: Interpreting Labs & Treatment Protocol in Adult Population
- May 6th: Clinical Presentation & Management in the Pediatric Population
- May 13th: (End Date) Maternal Screening & Treatment for Congenital Syphilis Prevention

The final registration step for this program will be completed through the iECHO platform which requires an account. Once registered, you will be invited to join the iECHO system. When setting up your account for the first time, please ensure you complete the information fields as accurately as possible, including your name, email, credential, organization name, and organization address.
This will be a free program with CME/CEU credit for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists. In addition to receiving free CME/CEU, participants have the opportunity to present their real-world patient cases for review and consultation by a multidisciplinary team of experts.
